There's something about the new year that makes everyone hopeful. I guess it's the idea of a fresh new start. As with everyone else, I too am hopeful. We started the year right. Me and my family had a wonderful time. Beginning with our clan reunion, our family has been around since the Spanish era.
My immediate family was tasked to do the decorations for the reunion and we're proud of our work, with what little budget we had, and all we had was the decors my Aunt in Houston sent us. Overall, it was a mini success.
Looking back at the past year, it was full of really high-highs and very low-lows, if you know what I mean. I'm still stuck in a rut, but at least I know what direction to take. Plus, we have a very good chance of pulling up our financials within 2013.
For all it's worth, I think this year would be brighter.
